Håkan Ludwigson is one of Sweden’s most acclaimed international photographers. He has worked on worldwide commercial assignments and projects for 50 years and, when Condé Nast Traveler was founded in 1987, the editor contracted Håkan Ludwigson two years later to join a roster of photographers which included legendary names such as David LaChapelle, Brigitte Lacombe and Helmut Newton. The 25-year engagement with Condé Nast made Ludwigson into one of the magazine’s real veterans! His photographs have been exhibited nationally and he has been awarded international prizes including Gold by the Art Directors Club Miami and Gold Pencil for Photography by Britain’s D&AD. He has won The One Show in New York, the Silver Lion in Cannes and the Guldägg in Sweden.
